Information

OBJECTIVES

The LLM courses are aimed at training for professional excellence, including, therefore, the study of academic articles and court decisions, integrated with lectures, with the mandatory participation of all students in debates led by experienced professors.

The presence of national and foreign professors, as well as the study of equally national and foreign texts, aim to promote this excellent training, in a way that allows us to meet the diverse and complex demands of society and clients who maintain global relationships.

TARGET AUDIENCE:

The LL.M. in Constitutional Law Practice is of interest to professionals from various areas of law, parliamentary, government and business advisors, judges, prosecutors, attorneys and public defenders.

The LL.M. format is intended for professionals who are already working and who seek excellence in their activities. However, there is nothing to prevent inexperienced students who are looking for training that will provide opportunities in the job market from taking the LL.M., as long as they understand that the format is not aimed at initial training.

JUSTIFICATION:

The leading constitutionalists in Brazil are in some way connected with universities, law firms and state-owned companies. However, the Constitutional Law courses offered in the market are little or not at all committed to professional training, being more focused on academic training. The proposed LL.M. format meets the needs of the target audience, aiming to train professionals who work in the public and private sectors to effectively present themselves as constitutionalists, capable of applying theoretical knowledge to day-to-day practice, arguing with quality and in a constitutionally pertinent manner, up-to-date and capable of expressing opinions in constitutional debates of local, national and international scope.
