Objectives

To train specialists in Philosophy and State Theory who are able to understand social reality and to deepen, on their own and with greater ease, the study of philosophy and the different views on the state phenomenon as a whole.

Target Audience

Anyone interested in philosophy who wants to obtain the title of specialist in this area.

Graduates in philosophy, history, sociology, law, literature and related fields.

Camilo Onoda Caldas

Lawyer with 20 years of experience in the legal field and founding partner of the Gomes, Almeida e Caldas Law Firm. Post-doctorate in Democracy and Human Rights from the University of Coimbra. PhD in Philosophy and General Theory of Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo. Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Law from the Faculty of Law of the Mackenzie Presbyterian University. Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from FFLCH-USP. He was a full professor of the Law Course at the Integrated Colleges of the Padre Albino Foundation. He is currently a professor in the Master's Program at the Paulista School of Law (EPD) and at the Sao Judas Tadeu University, where he works as a researcher. He works as a guest professor in the MBA course at the Paulista School of Law and the School of Government (São Paulo/SP). Researcher at the 28 de Agosto College (São Paulo). He has experience in the area of Law, with emphasis on Philosophy of Law, Fundamental Rights, Political Science and General Theory of Law. Author of works and articles in the field of Legal Methodology, Philosophy and General Theory of Law and State
