Skip to content The PhD student of FADISP, Grhegory Maia will be sworn in as President of the National Association of Attorneys and Lawyers of the Legislative Branch, an entity whose purpose is to defend the Democratic Rule of Law, the legal order and, especially, the Principles of Federalism and the Separation of Powers.
This week (December 3rd and 4th), PhD student Grhegory Maia will participate in the 1st Brazilian Congress on Parliamentary Law at the Federal Senate Auditorium. The congress will be attended by Justices Gilmar Mendes, of the STF, and Reynaldo Fonseca, of the STJ. Senators Zenaide Maia and Soraya Thronicke will also participate, as well as lawyers and prosecutors who are experts in the subject.
